In her tweet, Saina had condemned the security lapse in Punjab during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Ferozepur. He wrote – No nation can claim itself to be safe if the security of its own Prime Minister is compromised. In the strongest terms, I condemn the cowardly attack on PM Modi by anarchists.
Re-tweeting Saina’s tweet, actor Siddharth wrote with a derogatory word for the ‘Shuttlecock’ champion – “Thank God we have saviors of India. Shame on you.” With these lines, Siddharth used the word Rihanna in the hashtag.
