When the girl was not found for a long time, the family members informed the police. During the search, people caught the accused doing obscene acts with the girl at a distance of 200 meters from the house. People handed over the accused youth to the police.

According to SHO Lokendra Paliwal, at around 8 in the morning, a 3-year-old girl was playing outside the house in Keshavaraipatan area. Meanwhile, a young man took away the innocent. After not seeing the girl for a long time, the relatives asked the people around. It was learned that a young man has taken the innocent in his lap. Immediately informed the police about the kidnapping of the girl. With the help of local people, started the search for the girl. About 200 meters away from the house, people caught the accused youth for doing obscene acts with the innocent. The accused was beaten up after handing over the girl to the relatives.

On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and took the accused youth to the police station. The accused youth has been taken into custody. During interrogation, the accused is sometimes telling a resident of Baran and sometimes Anta. Feeling mentally ill. There are slight scratch marks on the upper part of the body of the innocent. Medical examination of the victim girl has been done.
