Dr. Sonia says that 100 grams of sweet potato contains 1.6 grams of protein, 01 grams of omega, 3 grams of fiber, 86 calories and 20.1 grams of carbohydrates. They also prove to be better in protecting the child from problems like anemia and low weight. Also, during the cold season, the metabolism of children remains healthy, so especially during the winter season, feed them especially sweet potatoes.
